The new age heroes of Tollywood are relatively friendly with each other than the stars of the bygone era. However, at the end of the day, there comes a point of competitiveness. Right now, that seems to be the case between the Nandamuri camp and the mega camp.
Allu Arjun's wedding is scheduled to be held on March 6th amidst stunning flow of guests from all over India. Wedding arrangements are personally monitored by Allu Aravind to make his son's event a never seen affair in entire industry once for all.
While junior NTR is tying the knot on May 5th. So, the invites have begun from the mega camp and the invitation card of Allu Arjun has been creating quite a stir due to its grandeur and richness. Now comes the competition part.
It is heard that Narne Srinivas, would be father-in-law of NTR junior is working on the wedding card. This is where Jr NTR is heard to be in competitive spirit cautioning his father-in-law Narne Srinivas Rao to keep a check on quality and standards maintained by Allu Aravind, starting from wedding invitation card to marriage main stage. Sources say he wants it better than that of Allu Arjun in terms of appeal and royalty. Though the card may lose value after the D-day, it sure will serve as a souvenir to those who get the invites.

He was desperate for her. He spent crores of rupees to impress her. He even helped her financially opening the boutique in one of the costly areas of Hyderabad. No more clues needed as 'He' implies to Rana and 'Her' implies to Ileana in the context. Though it may not be a surprise that Rana has done more than needful for Ileana fostering their relation, final result is that she is no more the tall man's girl.
It is heard that once Ileana managed to launch the outlet, she went out of reach from the coverage area of Rana. It was 'Nenu Naa Rakshasi' that brought them close to each other and dismal result for Rana is neither the movie released nor Ileana fell into his net. Strong gossip in film circles is that Ileana for now is worried more about reconstructing her career with 'Shakti' because hopes of her comeback with 'Nenu Naa Rakshasi' are almost crashed.
Instead of getting more into the bad books of gossip mongers by remaining close to Rana, Ileana appears to have preferred to stay close to 'Shakti' for a while. Forget about catching the Ileana personally outside, it has become a big task for Rana even to get her on mobile or SMS. Daggubati hero’s plan to find the first girl friend backfired and Ileana literally has thrown him into trash bin after using him for personal benefits.

S S Rajamouli has always made his mark in the Tollywood box office and so far, he has never tasted a flop in his career. Unlike any other director in the Tollywood, SS Rajamouli had a separate identity and recognition. Almost all the films directed by him were commercial successes. Now, it appears that the tough taskmaster seems to be in a tight spot. Buzz is that Rajamouli is in tension regarding his next project with Prabhas.
Apparently, he managed to score success with ‘Maryada Ramanna’ after the mega blockbuster ‘Magadheera’. However, many are saying that given the league of Rajamouli, it should be a big budget venture which must be taken into account. With this, it is heard that Rajamouli is reportedly in a fix.
Sources say he is not sure what sort of genre he should choose for Prabhas’s film. On the other hand, the talk is that comparison of this film will be made with ‘Magadheera’ only and not the little projects that Rajamouli has done in between. Well, this is a true challenge for the tough taskmaster and let us wait to see if he proves himself or not.

The huge success of Ala Modalaindi came as a surprise to movie buffs and debutant female writer-director, Nandini Reddy, is in complete awe of the response she has been getting from the audience and well-wishers.
It is a common thing to see heroines saying no to marriages unless they reach their thirties but have you heard of a lady director doing that. Well, there are not many lady directors in Tollywood but then here is one lady who seems to be not very keen on the institution of marriage.
She is none other than Nandini Reddy who shot to fame with her debut venture ‘Ala Modalaindi’. Sources say that this talented director has reportedly said no to marriage and is not interested in such social ties. As such, those who observed her say she is quite a tomboy given her body language and appearance.

Bubbly beauty Charmi, who is trying to hit back in Tollywood from long time, has caught hold of a new offer beside Nandamuri Balakrishna. Charmi has been confirmed as one of the heroines in Bala Krishna’s next flick under Paruchuri Murali’s direction.
Bala Krishna will be seen in triple roles in the film and Lakshmi Rai has been confirmed as one of the lead heroines earlier. Now, Charmi has been finalized as the second female lead while the third female lead role is yet to be decided. This untitled film is being produced by M.L.Kumar Chowdary under the banner Sri Keerthi Creations.
Let’s see if Charmi bounces back to her position with her forthcoming release Mangala and this new film in the combination of Parchuri Murali and Bala Krishna.

Allu Arjun’s Badrinath movie is gearing up for early summer release. In this film Arjun plays the role of an Indian Samurai. Badrinath is a modern film with devotional touch. Chinni Krishna penned the story for this film which is being made at a high budget.
VV Vinayak is the director of Badrinath. He earlier made successful Bunny with Allu Arjun in the lead. Tamanna is paired up with Arjun in Badrinath. The shooting part is complete and currently post production work is going on at a rapid pace.
Allu Aravind is the producer of Badrinath and he is prestigiously making this movie to be on par with Magadheera. Ravi Varma handles the camera and Peter Haynes is the fight master for this film.

A film titled Keeravani will go on floors shortly. But, it has nothing to do with music director MM Keeravani. Touted to be a musical film, it will star Sharwanand and Mammootty in lead roles. Venkat PN will direct the film. Pulleti Durgamohan and Kotturi Natarajan will jointly produce it under the banner Siri Laxmi Sindhu Cine Creations.
The film was launched with a puja ceremony recently. Tanikella Bharani handed over the script to Venkat. The movie is to be produced in three languages. Keeravani will have music by MS Chandra and the cast also has Prabhu, Suman, Jayaprada, Tanikella Bharani, Sobhana, Seetha, Brahmanandam, Dharmavarapu, MS Narayana and Ali. Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam Appalaraju is releasing this Friday. RGV says that the film is a not a satire on Telugu film industry but more of a situational comedy. "KSDA doesn't denigrate anyone. The audience will be able to identify with all the characters in the film," he adds.
Talking about his future projects, he says, "Bezawada Rowdilu will go on the sets on March 21st. I have not yet decided whether I will direct the film or not. Amma is a graphics oriented subject and work will commence in the second half of this year."

This film stars Sunil,Brahmanandam, Swathi etc. It is a satirical comedy on the extreme characters that are usually seen in film industry.
Ram Gopal Varma is making fun of some of the popular Telugu film industry and also taking digs at media persons. Appalraju is sure going to send shivers down many spines with the hard hitting satires. Aditya Productions is making a Movie based on the life of Jesus Christ Under the direction of Singeetham Srinivas Rao. Pawan Kalyan is playing a key role and Anushka will be pairing up with him. Anushka is going to pair up with Powerstar for the first time. Konda Krishnam Raju, who earlier produced Vijayendra Varama, Sri Ramadasu is producing this movie.
This movie directed by Singeetham Srinivas Rao movie will be made in four languages – English, Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam. And the movie has an all-Indian cast of child actors and seven devotional songs. It focuses on Jesus Christ childhood as against other movies, which have showed the later years of Jesus Chris.

Allari Naresh, Srihari, Ritu Barmecha starrer Aha Naa Pellanta is going to release on February 25th. This film is directed by Veerabhadra and produced by Anil Sunkara under AK Entertainment banner.The unit of Aha Naa Pellanta is dedicating their movie to EVV Satyanarana. Incidentally EVV worked as assistant director for the classic Aha Naa Pellanta directed by Jandhyala.

Are Asin and Venkatesh going to team up again? They have paired up in Gharshana movie and the chemistry between them has been the highlight of it. Now the film nagar buzz says that Asin is likely to pair up with Venkatesh in Savitri movie under Teja direction.
Venkatesh has lit green to Teja’s script long back but they didn’t get a suitable lead lady to portray the title role in Savitri. Nayanthara was approached for it but the actress rejected the offer due to personal reasons. Later Trisha was considered but not approached by the makers.

This is the 2nd venture after Bindaas for AK Entertainments headed by A TV head Anil Sunkara. Anil is also co-producer in 14 reels entertainments who is Producing Mahesh and Srinu Vytlas Dookudu after Namo Venkatesha.
The phrase Ahana Pellanta is well acquainted with the film viewers since three generations. The phrase was a line of a song in the old classic, ‘Mayabazar’. The phrase was used as a title of the film two decades ago in which Rajendra Prasad played the lead. And now the film ‘Ahana Pellanta’ is directed by the debutante Veerabhadram Chowdary and music by Raghu Kunche.
Aha Na Pellanta has tall and talented Allari Naresh paired with Ritu Barmecha. Allari Naresh has always been known for his excellent comedy timing and this film is no exception. Nikhil, who is a big fan of Raviteja is clearly heading in the way that his idol has shown. After Kalavar King, Nikhil comes up with yet another Raviteja-ish title. Nikhil’s next movie is titled Veedu Theda. This movie will be directed by B. Chinni Krishna.
Chinni Krisha who worked as an associate to VV Vinayak played the butler English speaking hostel warden in Kotha Bangaru Lokam movie. Nikhil’s Veedu Theda is being produced by Prakash. This movie will be launched in a couple of days. Chakri composes music for this film.
Nikhil is yet to score a hit as a solo hero and he will pin lots of hopes on Veedu Theda to give him the much needed break.

Nagarjuna along with his family has watched a special show of Gaganam on Tuesday night. Nagarjuna who stated that he had butterflies in his stomach on Tuesday morning was fully satisfied with the film after watching it. He said that he has an ace up his sleeve.
Nagarjuna’s confident statement shows that Gaganam is definitely good and up to the expectations. Being a non-regular commercial movie, Gaganam should impress the audience with its content. Or else it might end up as a loser as it doesn’t have any masala ingredients to fall back on.
Dil Raju too is immensely confident on Gaganam as he is arranging special shows to media and fans two days prior to the release.

Deeksha Seth seems to have struck Luck, once again. Now, she has reportedly signed Prabhas upcoming film Rebel! In an interview to a leading South Indian Film Magazine, Deeksha Seth has revealed that she has signed this film.

Ram Charan is right now caught in a big dilemma over his next project. As per unconfirmed sources, Merupu has been shelved for the moment. As director Dharani quoted high budget, Merupu shoot didn’t resume as per the schedule. It will only get the heels if the budget estimate is brought down or the director is changed.
Meanwhile Ram Charan is eagerly waiting to do any film to avoid huge gap. He has done only three films in the career span of three and half years. Therefore, the young star is trying to speed up things.
If the buzz is to be believed Ram Charan is showing keen interest in remaking Tamil movie Aadukalam starring Dhanush. This movie was released for Pongal and did commercially and critically well. Vetrimaran is the director of Aadukalam. If it is remade in Telugu Vetrimaran would direct it too.

Damodar Prasad is not a well known name in Telugu film industry prior to Ala Modalaindi release. But with the movie’s wonderful performance at the box office he suddenly gained popularity among tollywood circles.
Now Damodar Prasad is planning his next film with bankable actor Allari Naresh. Seeta Rama Raju will direct this film. The director is vastly experienced in the film industry and has good relations with many heroes. His experience and Allari Naresh factor could prove handy for Damodar Prasad.

Kudirithe Kappu Coffee starring Varun Sandesh and Suma Bhattacharya is slated for release on Feb 25. Actually, it was supposed to release much earlier but was delayed due to heavy competition at the box office. Since, there are not many films lined up for release on Feb 25, KKC is seeing light on that day.
Varun Sandesh has been running through rough patch in his career post Kotha Bangaru Lokam. Even though his previous release Emaindi Ee Vela made some money it didn’t earn him any respect due to the vulgar content in it. In fact it damaged the ‘family boy’ image of Varun Sandesh.
The actor is expecting Kudirithe Kappu Coffee to bring him back his past glory. Rama Salva directed this movie under Moon Water Pictures Pvt. Ltd. Legendary lyricist Sirivennela Seetha Rama Sastry’s son Yogeshwara Sharma is making his debut as music director with this film. The songs of this film were climbing up the charts as they are getting positive feedback from the listeners

Gaganam movie starring Nagarjuna is slated for release on Feb 11. Producer Dil Raju is planning to premiere this film in four places prior to the release. Gaganam had been censored and was given clean U certificate. This movie is based on the Kandhahar hijack episode.
Nagarjuna plays a commando in this film. Although it is a serious film, it will have ample entertainment, says Dil Raju. Radha Mohan who directed Akasamantha is the director of this Gaganam. Nagarjuna is ging to watch Gaganam tonight and the star is feeling butterflies in his stomach after years of experience.
Gaganam is sans songs and all the commercial clichés and hence the unit is feeling bit tensed and is eager to see the audience’s reaction. Hope Gaganam delivers the goods and brings a sea change in Telugu cinema.

Manchu Vishnu’s new movie Vastadu Naa Raju is gearing up for release on Feb 11. The film has been censored on Monday and was awarded clean U certificate. The movie’s unit is happy for bagging this certificate as the censor board pointed out that Taapsee’s navel show in a song was too obscene.
But Vastadu Naa Raju managed to impress the board members with clean content and was certified for universal viewing. Vishnu, Taapsee paired up in this Hemanth Madhukar’s first directorial venture in Tollywood. Viranica Manchu is handling the production work of this movie.
Made on 24 Frames Factory, Vastadu Naa Raju team believes it to be another Dhee in Vishnu’s career.
